All newly admitted domestic Pre-Business transfer students to the University of Arizona must attend Eller's Transfer Orientation Program in order to meet with an Academic Advisor and register for classes.
The Eller College Transfer Orientation includes both a College Meeting and a 1-on-1 advising appointment. During the College Meeting students will learn information on course and credit requirements for a degree in Eller, Programs and Services for Eller students, as well as University resources. After the College Meeting students will be assigned to meet with an Eller Advisor during a 30-minute appointment. In the appointment transfer credit is evaluated, a unique academic plan is established with the student and registration may begin.
Please note that all Eller College Transfer Orientation sessions are on campus and attendance is required to be released for registration; however, registration is web-based, so students will be able to register for classes from remote locations after they complete their Eller Transfer Orientation.
If you are a new transfer student from Pima Community College who is taking STU 210, you do NOT need to attend an Eller Transfer Orientation. Please call 520.621.2505 to schedule your mandatory advising appointment.
If you are a new International transfer student, you must sign up for your International Student Orientation in Next Steps. Please contact the International Student Services Office for your Orientation program and questions.
