Responsibilities

Pam is responsible for undergraduate academic and student services. The undergraduate program enrolls over 5,000 students in both pre-business and the professional programs and is ranked by U.S. News & World Report 20th in the Nation. Among public business programs, the undergraduate program is ranked 12th.

As a member of the Eller administration for 10 years, Pam has reorganized the undergraduate curriculum into cohorts, improved academic advising services and has provided leadership that supports a philosophy for continuous improvement.

Pam is committed to student development through her efforts to enhance student community within the College. She is also the advisor for the Eller Student Council and Students Consulting for Non-Profit Organizations.
