In its tenth year, the Women’s Leadership Conference brings together outstanding women from the Eller College of Management and the College of Engineering.

The 2012 Women’s Leadership Conference strives to meet the following goals:

Create Vision
To expose students to women leaders and encourage students to visualize themselves in these roles and expand their horizons.
  

Offer Insight
To create an effective discussion forum that provides insight into career and leadership matters that students face.
  

Gain Experience
To involve students in team-building and networking activities that emphasize the importance of group work skills and effective communication.
  

Implement Plan
To provide students with the necessary application skills to take their knowledge and translate it into a workable plan for success.
