Eller Leadership & Integrity Training for Excellence Program (ELITE)

The ELITE Program presents an opportunity for pre-business freshmen to network among peers and develop connections that will help them achieve success in their upper division Eller College experience and professional career.

The program consists of a series of workshops, guest speakers, service opportunities, and social events that allow members to:

  • Make lasting friendships and connections
  • Develop resume experiences
  • Gain interview experience
  • Obtain practical networking knowledge
  • Participate in service projects
  • Interact with Eller College students and business professionals

Who should Join the ELITE Program?

The Eller Leadership Board is recruiting 50 motivated pre-business freshmen who will add value to a community committed to personal development, social involvement, and achieving high-level academic and career related goals.
 

Why should I apply to the ELITE Program?

Benefits for members of the ELITE program include:

  • Social, service, academic, and career development opportunities
  • Leadership and networking experience
  • Involvement with an Eller College student mentor
  • Potential to join a committee that will plan a National Leadership Conference
     

ELITE Membership Commitment & Requirements

  • $100 dues (goes towards t-shirt and monthly dinners)
  • Must participate in 80% of meetings, workshops, and field experiences
  • Demonstrate leadership and fellowship among program members.
  • There may be some required short travel activities to promote a sense of community within the group that will require additional fees.
