What is your dream job?
I would love to use my Spanish and interest in international business to work in the accounting field abroad.
What do you aspire to do in life?
I would like to get my CPA after working a few years in the accounting field, possibly at a bank or auditing firm. Eventually, I hope to earn my MBA with a concentration in international business and then work for a company that would lead to an international position, or work for a company abroad.
What is your favorite thing about Eller?
My favorite thing about Eller is the ambiance of the building. As soon as you walk through the doors, you know you are in a business school full of students passionate about their education.
Who is your favorite Eller professor?
My favorite professor so far is Economics professor emeritus Donald Wells, who teaches economics. He has lived through an amazing amount of history in our economy and is so excited when teaching students about his experiences.
Describe a great internship you've had:
I held an internship with Bright International, a company that manufactures chemical hair products for Proctor & Gamble and Aveda. Through the internship, I gained extensive accounting knowledge, from accounts payable to inventory and cost accounting.
