Eller Honors Program Courses in Common

The "courses in common" plan is specific to students entering the Eller College as first-semester freshmen during the fall semester. Honors students not entering the university and Eller College during a fall semester, or who are transfer students, will have alternative options.

Freshman and Sophomore Years

1st Semester

  • MIS 111H (3 credits)

2nd Semester

  • MATH 115A (3 credits)

3rd Semester

  • MATH 115B H (3 credits)

Junior and Senior Years

Depending on your chosen Eller Track of Excellence, students have the opportunity to earn
9 to 15 units of Honors credit during their third and fourth year (includes 6 units of credit
earned for Honors Thesis or Capstone Project.

*Students graduating from the Honors college must complete 30 units of honors credit;
6 of which are completed during the Senior year Honors Thesis or Capstone Project.
