The board, typically, has an open application policy. Once somone applies, they begin the full consideration proscess. Sometimes, during major recruitment drives, the Board will set a application deadline. Where there is usuially not a set application deadline, the Board always reserves the right to set an applicaiton deadline and reserves the right to reject any application, at any time.
