If you cannot access Blackboard currently, it could be a result of any of these minor details listed below. Please review this list to determine if your problem can be answered right now.

• Use your UA NETID as your username and your Student ID# as your password.
• If your Student ID# begins with an 'S' make sure you capitalize it.
• If your Student ID# begins with a '0' try omitting that leading zero.
• If your last name is hyphenated or has an apostrophe like O'Donnell, then please click on the link to fill out the help form so we can assist you.

NOTE: If you just registered for a NetID, or added a class to your schedule, please note that it takes approximately 48 hours to process the information and reflect it on Blackboard.
