Eller Study Tour in Buenos Aires, Argentina

The University of Arizona's Old Main.

The Eller College of Management International Business Ethics Study Tour to Buenos Aires, Argentina offers students enrolled in PA 202, Ethical Issues in Business, the chance to apply practical classroom knowledge to real world international applications.

This study tour will incorporate site visits, excursions, and guest lecturer presentations in order to present several case studies of International Business and Business Ethics in Argentina. Students will have the opportunity hear from the U.S. Ambassador to Argentina, Argentine Government Officials, and listen to a lecture from Dr. Carlos Steiger of the University of Belgrano.

This program also includes excursions to Iguazu Falls National Park, a tour of an Aboriginal community, a walking tour of Buenos Aires, and a day trip to Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. These excursions, among others, will allow students to gain further knowledge and understanding of the unique Argentina culture, history, and current economic stability.

Students will live in an off-campus residencia with other US, Argentine, and international students in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. At the residencia, breakfast and dinner will be provided Monday through Friday. Public transportation to the University of Belgrano, as well as around the rest of the city, is easily accessible from the Palermo district.
